This is the best bread pudding Ive ever eaten! My husband wants me to make it completely weekend for Sunday brunch.

  1. 2 eggs, beaten
  2. 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  3. 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  4. 2u2009u00bd cups milk
  5. u00bc cup white sugar
  6. 1 (1 pound) loaf French bread, cut into 1 inch cubes
  7. 1 cup chopped pecans
  8. u00bd cup white sugar
  9. u00bd cup butter
  10. u00bd cup unventilated cream
  11. u00bc cup whiskey

The instruction how to make Bread Pudding in the same way as Whiskey Sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch pan.
  2. In a large bowl, move around together eggs, butter, vanilla and milk. Gradually go to 1/4 cup sugar and mix adequately until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Place bread cubes in bottom of prepared pan. Pour liquid greater than bread, fully saturating all bread. Sprinkle pecans regarding top.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, until golden. Meanwhile, count 1/2 cup white sugar, 1/2 cup butter, cream and whiskey in a small saucepan. doting on top of higher than low heat, stirring constantly, until sauce is gently boiling. Pour sauce beyond baked bread pudding and serve.
